With the Rotten Robbie and/or Pacific Pride Commercial Fueling systems you can gain control over drivers' buying habits. These Cardholder/Driver control features help you monitor all your company fuel purchases. Theses tools include:
    • The security of individualized PIN #’s for each card*
    • Vehicle # entry option
    • Micellaneous Keyboard # entry option – You can enter Vehicle #’s, Drivers identification #’s, Job #’s or enter anything you need to track your drivers or vehicles
    • Fuel product restriction by card (Pacific Pride system only, ex. have cards that are restricted to unleaded only or diesel only or any combination of fuels – by card!)
    • Odometer entry function (triggers mpg and cost per vehicle mile calculations on your invoice)
    • Dual card system (tracks driver and Vehicle at the same time, for serious control!)
    • Combine both our fueling systems for site location access throughout the greater San Francisco Bay Area
    • Timely lock-out of lost or stolen cards

These control features, coupled with the information your drivers enter at the time of purchase, allow you to receive a detailed statement displaying the following information:
    • Date and time of fuel transaction
    • Type of fuel(s) product purchased
    • Location of transactions
    • Transaction quantity
    • Price per gallon at the time of purchase
    • Vehicle # ’s (or driver ID or Job #)
    • Rotten Robbie and Pacific Pride cards can sort together on your invoice for better review of specific purchasing patterns
    • Taxes paid summary
    • Volume discounts


* We can offer our Rotten Robbie Commercial Card holders the option of choosing their own PIN #’s

**The Rotten Robbie and Pacific Pride Fleet Cards can only be used for fuel purchases by an authorized individual who possess a unique PIN issued for each card. Without this PIN # the card cannot be used, protecting your company from unauthorized use or theft.
